Rock Theatrical Based on Music of Queen comes to America.
The show, which features 25 of Queen's greatest hits including "Bohemian Rhapsody," "We Are The Champions," "Another One Bites The Dust" and "Crazy Little Thing Called Love," has played to sell-out crowds and standing ovations at every performance since it opened in London in May 2002, in a smash run at one of the largest venues in London's West End. The extended engagement at Paris Las Vegas marks the first run of the show in the United States.
Heavy Metal Gods, Power Pop Innovators, Queen left a deep and varied legacy at the end of their nearly twenty-year career. Combining Hard Rock, and Classical melodies, the band forged a unique sound brought to life through elaborate studio production. 1975's "Bohemian Rhapsody" best exemplifies the band's range. The British quartet scored late '70s, early '80s hits as they dabbled in Rockabilly "Crazy Little Thing Called Love", Disco and Funk "Another One Bites the Dust", and New Wave-leaning dance their 1981 David Bowie collaboration, "Under Pressure". And the contagious lyrics of "We Will Rock You."
